The Procedure
Cheek augmentation is an operation that usually takes one and a half hours to complete using a general anaesthetic and normally includes an overnight stay at the hospital. Displacement, malrotation, extrusion and infection are potential sequelae of this operation, however Dr Tew will spend time with you discussing all of the implant options available and choosing which one would be right for you during your initial consultation.
